ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Uprise Design + Drafting Inc. is a boutique residential design firm in Lake Country, BC. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as our Receptionist /Administrative Assistant. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated with exceptional customer service skills, able to multi-task and have an attention to detail. The following are some of the expected tasks, but not limited to:
RECEPTION DUTIES:

Answering incoming calls with professionalism and confidence

Able to learn about all aspects of the design business to talk with potential clients and answer their general questions

Greeting clients who come into the office and offer them a beverage

Keeping office clean and organized
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
-
Manage project scheduling and timelines
-
Scheduling meetings
-
Create and manage marketing and social media sites
-
Create proposals and invoices for clients
-
Set up new client’s project folder
-
Communicate with clients the progress and status of their project
-
Interact with each team member to keep an up-to-date status of projects
-
Provide each team member’s hours + payroll information to bookkeeper
-
Filing mail, paying specific invoices, and organizing receipts
-
Must be able to use Google Docs/Sheets and Pages

Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
-
Education in Business Administration is a must
-
Receptionist/Administrative Experience: min. 2 years
-
Customer Service Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
